Sheraton Park Lane

KIPO were appointed to replace the substation for the Sheraton Grand Park Lane Hotel in Mayfair.

Our services and solutions:

• Provided a set of scalable floor plans of all the hotel guest bathrooms, calculated the design day steady state heat loss

• Specified above ceiling fan convector style heater and ceiling supply and return air arrangements

• Prepared equipment schedule for new heaters and diffusers

• Conducted a detailed site survey

• Calculated water content and working pressure

• Selection and specification of replacement unit

• Prepared schematics of the water services to show the alterations required
